  • The Irish Genealogical Research Society is launching a new monthly e-bulletin for its members. The bulletin will contain up-to-date news of the Irish genealogical world, plus breaking news about online databases.   • I will be giving two presentations of  The Basics of Irish Research in the Philadelphia region in coming weeks. The first will be on Thursday, February 16th, at the meeting of the Irish American Genealogy Group of Delaware County (PA). For information, see  DELAWARE COUNTY IRISH GENEALOGY .  On March 2nd, my presentation will be at the National Archives (NARA), Mid-Atlantic Branch, Philadelphia.
